The 3rd annual Da Kidney Da’Kine Day will be held on Saturday, April 19 at Queen Kaahumanu Center.  It is a free family  fun event - an opportunity for the community to receive free early detection screenings for chronic kidney disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.  The event also features non-stop entertainment with a variety of live music performed by some of Maui's best musicians and halaus.  Health and Organ Donation displays will include: National Kidney Foundation, Hawaii Donor Family Quilt, the American Heart Association and the Lupus Foundation.
AIG Hawaii, our partner in the fight against Kidney Disease on Maui, is the Presenting Sponsor for the event and will be providing a multitude of Lucky Prize Drawings at the event. Co-sponsors include the Zone of Maui Lion’s Clubs, KAOI Radio Group and Pacific Radio Group. Don’t be the 1 in 7 on Maui with Kidney Disease and not know it.
