Certified Training: Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP)

  

Dates: December 6, 7, 13, and 14

Want to take your diabetes knowledge to the next level? We’re offering a 4-day certified training workshop for our Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) where organizations and individuals will receive an opportunity to assist others in managing their diabetic health conditions. This program was developed by Stanford University’s Patient Education Research Center and is licensed by the Self-Management Resource Center.

The National Kidney Foundation of Hawai’i is looking for individuals and organizations who are motivated to assist themselves and others in managing diabetic health conditions. No prior teaching experience is necessary. Enjoy snacks, beverages, and lunches complimentary of NKFH. Participants will also receive free valet parking.
