Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of those affected by kidney disease? The Hawaii Kidney Walk is your chance to step up, show support, and help us raise critical funds for the millions of people living with the emotional and physical challenges of chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Organized by the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii (NKFH), the Kidney Walk is the nation’s largest walk to fight kidney disease. This event brings together patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and community members in a powerful demonstration of commitment to kidney health and wellness.
Why Walk for Kidneys?
Kidney disease is a silent killer that affects over 37 million American adults, with millions more at risk. Early detection can help prevent the progression of kidney disease to kidney failure, underscoring the importance of awareness and education. The funds raised from the Hawaii Kidney Walk will go towards lifesaving programs that educate and support patients, their families, and those at risk.
