Knock Out Gout

Learn to identify and manage gout symptoms and triggers. Participants will connect virtually with peers, build a support network, construct an eating plan to avoid triggers, discuss medication benefits and side effects, and receive resources to assist with self-management.

Each year, more than half a million people go to emergency rooms for kidney stone problems. It is estimated that one in ten people will have a kidney stone at some time in their lives. This one-hour class will go over symptoms and risk-factors, prevention tips, and treatments for kidney stones.

Learn how the kidneys work, risk factors for chronic kidney disease, how to measure the health of your kidneys, and what you can do to keep your kidneys functioning well.
